Top five fruit
I have an unusually high penchant for fruit at the moment. It has replaced the New York muffin as breakfast of choice.
Top five fruit, according to my palate:
- Pineapple
- Banana
- Melon (canteloupe, not galia)
- Strawberry
- Pear
Not sure if it's exactly in order, but the top three are safe.
As an aside, most irritating moment in sport: Michael Schumacher conducting the crowd to the Italian national anthem after winning a Grand Prix. See today's London copy of Metro for an irritating still. Come on Fernando!
An interesting array of exotic tastes at the top of your list.
Whatever happened to good old English fruit like Granny Smiths, plums and, err... greengages?
Might I enquire as to whether you also developed a taste for elaborate cocktails (complete with sparklers and umbrellas, all served up in a hollowed out pineapple) in favour of good old warm English bitter?
How they must despair up in Halifax. You're not Magnum you know.
I'm afraid citrus is out of the question for me, due to mild allergies.
My top 5, in no particular order:
1, banana
2, canteloupe/musk melon
3, pear
4, gala or fuji apple
5, cherry
